| When attempting to use any feature of Carmen that sends an email, you receive an error (0X-604.037-2501) that reads "The action was canceled...". | |
| Cause: | |
| The Windows control MSMAPI32.OCX is not properly registered. | |
| Resolution: | |
| In the command window enter regsvr32 %windir%\syswow64\MSMAPI32.OCX. You should see a message that indicates success. | |
